UWallet is a leading mobile payments service provider established back in 2014 with extensive background in mobile payments technologies, and a clear vision toward leading the Jordanian e-wallet services under the control and supervision of the Central Bank of Jordan.
UWallet is standing for a robust consortium of diversified partnerships of banking institutes, mobile network operator, and Payment Service Provider resulting to an integrated collaborative ecosystem furnished to serve our clients with the best and most convenient services. UWallet is the brand of e-wallet service that can be easily activated on mobile devices, offering our clients a wide spectrum of convenient secure ways to execute local and international monetary transactions in few seconds, anytime, and anywhere.
Job Brief
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the related teams such as: sales, business and operations support customer satisfaction to make sure that goals are met, and the product is being enhanced & developed continuously. Also, responsible for ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals by developing & implementing the business requirements set and agreed on.

- Define the product strategy and roadmap, and provide updates on a timely basis.
- Deliver business requirements documents and Software requirement specification.
- Conduct business analysis before launching any new product.
- Work closely with external third parties to integrate the UWallet system with other systems.
- Develop the core value proposition for the product.
- Ensure that the changes & development on the UWallet system is tested successfully.
- Conduct business analysis for any new solution or integration.
- Brief and train the required teams on any new feature developed on the system.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the management falling within the job role’s scope of work.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Communications Engineering or any other related field.
Work Experience
A minimum of 6 years in a related field.
Certificates
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, MIS, BIS, CIS, Computer Science.

Knowledge Of
- Excellent knowledge of APIs integrations.
- Excellent knowledge of the financial ecosystem in Jordan.
- Excellent knowledge of JoMoPay switch.
- Good knowledge financial products.
- Good knowledge of project management.
- Good knowledge of product lifecycle.
- Good knowledge of financial industry services (account types, AML, Cards schema, type of transactions, and more).
Skills In
- Excellent of team working skills.
- Good command of influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Excellent command of communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Excellent command of analysis skills.
