Duties And Responsibilities

 

• Lead the annual Business Planning (BP) process with the Distributor Partner(s) (DP) to align with BBPK priorities
• Analyzing market trends and competitors activities to identify growth and opportunities.
• Conduct planning reviews meeting on monthly basis to meet quantitative targets and KPIs.
• Developing strategies to expand the distributor network and increase market penetration.
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products to distributors.
• Analyze market and distributor performance on monthly and quarterly basis and highlighted their strong and weak area.
• Close coordination with the distributors and streamline all distributor related work.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationship with distributors.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as sales ,marketing and supply chain to coordinate distribution effort.
• Resolving any issue or dispute that may arise with distributor.

Professional competencies

• BS / Master’s Degree in Science
• 3+years demonstrated experience working within pharma/healthcare industry
• Experience within the syringes distribution would be an added advantage
• Excellent competency in Excel

Personal competencies

 

• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• An ability to address customer request in a timely manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
• Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed
