Contract Management Advisor Team Member

Description

We are looking for a motivated & passionate candidate to provide detailed advice and guidance to the company on all aspects of legal matters that include reviewing contracts, agreements and subsequently providing advice and recommendations to ensure the company’s interest is protected. Thus, the optimal commercial position is maintained and following up on the company cases at the courts.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

▪ Providing legal input to the company’s negotiations with legal third parties such as legal and commercial entities regarding the company agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with Zain’s strategic goals and reviewing the company’s contracts and ensuring compliance with governmental laws and set terms and conditions.
▪ Providing counsel and legal advice to concerned departments on the laws and legislation associated with their work scope to increase the efficiency of proper decision-making.
▪ Studying and analyzing bids and proposals to ensure that binding agreements with customers, vendors, and employees are legal and compliant with the company’s policy.
▪ Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities that may require action in the future to reflect such matters while establishing contracts’ clauses.
▪ Following up on the company cases at the courts.

Enterprise Solutions Network Engineer Team Member

We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Network Engineer Team Member with minimum 3 years of experience, to Handle Zain’s Enterprise solutions Network, which may include solution installation, carrying-out provisioning, integrating, configuring, and encapsulating activities, and contributing to the solution design, In addition to documenting solution elements in a professional and organized manner.

The primary role for a Credit Analyst Team Member is to support the Credit function by analyzing credit data and financial information to determine the degree of risk involved, the (Credit Analyst) also will be involved in the collection follow up.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Researching and evaluating clients’ creditworthiness.

  • Monitoring payments and installments.

  • Maintaining records of loan applications.

  • Prepare the daily collection plan and arrange collections accordingly.

  • Carry out timely and relevant communication between credit and applicant as well as all other parties involved in the approval process.

  • Underwrite/approve credit requests within the role’s approval authority or initiate the escalation of the credit request to a higher approving authority detailing requested exceptions if any, department’s recommendation, based on the results of the assessment.

  • Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and collaboration and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest/Keep current on emerging trends and developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques /Prepare and submit credit assessment report to the approver, recommend and or adjust limits based on the results based on the analysis of the financial situation and gathered information.

What Do You Need to Qualify

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business/Economic/Banking/Finance or higher education.

Description

We are looking for a motivated applicant who will be monitoring Core Network performance, conducting troubleshooting and problem-solving activities, and carrying-out preventive maintenance; ensuring maximum network stability and service availability. As well as implementing network expansion and improvement projects, contributing in setting, executing Core Network element’s designs, and following-up on vendors; in order to introduce new technologies and fulfill business needs and market demand forecast. In addition to handling National/ International traffic and implementing roaming services.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Monitoring Core Network performance, identifying any errors, malfunctions, and degradation, troubleshooting using available tools such as (Astellia, M2020, NetAct, Wireshark, OSS, etc.), and solving network problems in an effective and timely manner, ensuring maximum network stability and continuous functionality, as well as cooperating with NOC function in this regard.
  • Executing network capacity expansion plans and network improvement plans covering Circuit Switch and Packet Switch domains; fulfilling business needs and market demand forecast.
  • Implementing roaming services for voice and data, testing services functionality, handling related problems to ensure service availability, and routing International Traffic, all with aim of satisfying preset international and roaming agreements.
  • Monitoring, planning, and optimizing National Network Traffic, through analyzing related reports and statistics, in order to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Contributing in setting feasible Core Network element’s designs, including High Level Designs HLD and Low-Level Designs LLD that maintain/ enhance network performance integration and fit with other network elements.
  • Handling Data Packet Inspecting (DPI) processes, including system’s design, implementation, and configuration activities to secure the systems from viruses and spams, and introducing new services for customers.

What Do You Need to Qualify

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has minimum 4 years of experience
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Description

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Engineering department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program located in Aqaba.

Your tasks will be:
– Monitoring alarms and event logs for Radio Access Network, Microwave Network, Optical Network IP, Enterprise customers, and whole sales customers in coordination with the NOC division to detect any system errors, outages and failures or network redundancy loss.
– Responsible for onsite maintenance activities covering Radio Access Network, Microwave Network, Optical Network IP, Enterprise customers, and whole sales customers such as Fiber Cuts, Line of Site Problems…etc., through identifying solutions, handling/ following-up-on maintenance execution, and providing needed equipment/ spare parts, as well as liaising with vendors and/ or, in order to ensure minimal downtime and proper network operation.
– Following-up and monitoring progress of subcontractors, organizing their activities and examining their performance and deliverables during the implementation of expansion projects and maintenance activities related to Radio Access Network, Microwave Network, Optical Network IP, Enterprise customers, and whole sales customers, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
– Engineer is required to drive company vehicles to reach sites.
