We are currently in search of a dedicated Telesales Leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Sales team within the market.

As a Telesales Team Leader, your pivotal role is to drive our sales efforts through inbound and outbound telephone calls. Your primary objective is to ensure the team exceeds sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities encompass overseeing cross-selling or up-selling efforts, managing incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and meticulously documenting interactions.

Your responsibilities extend to collaborating with various departments, ensuring the swift resolution of customer complaints, and maintaining a seamless, customer-centric sales process. Your leadership style is integral in fostering a high-performing team, motivating them to achieve and surpass their sales goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
(05) years of experience successfully leading an inside sales team and achieving outstanding results.
Proven experience in a managerial role.
Excellent command of English & Arabic (verbal & written).

Knowledge

Proficiency in call management software and CRM systems.
Excellent knowledge of property & automotive markets.
Expert in working experience of call Centre systems & solutions.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to follow scripts.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing inside-sales team to achieve exceptional conversion rates and surpass sales targets
Instil a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on refining sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies
Analyse the sales process to identify bottlenecks and areas for conversion rate improvement
Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for increasing conversion rates across different stages of the sales funnel
Establish a robust system for tracking and analysing essential KPIs
Regularly dissect KPI data to derive insights, make informed decisions, and fine-tune sales strategies
Work closely with the inside-sales team to develop persuasive and tailored sales pitches that resonate with various customer segments
Ensure the sales pitches effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform
Customise sales approaches based on the characteristics and preferences of different customer segments
Ability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities during customer interactions.
Provide personalised coaching and training to inside-sales representatives based on KPI data and performance metrics
Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to address skill gaps, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless transitions from lead generation to closing the sale
Implement best practices and innovative approaches to streamline and enhance the sales journey
Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, emphasising the importance of understanding customer needs to tailor sales solutions
Generate comprehensive reports on conversion rates, KPIs, and sales team performance
Present insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making and resource allocation
