Commercial Manager

About This Opportunity
About this opportunity
We are looking to hire a Commercial Manager, reporting to the General Manager and functionally to the Regional Commercial Director MEA. The position is based in Amman, Jordan.
Your Mission In Crown
The job holder will be responsible for securing sales for assigned region in line with business targets & budgets through negotiating & finalizing sales contracts/orders with local/export customers. In more details:
Management of sales dept, ensuring continuous/ on time communication with all parties at all times, all contractual prices and deliveries are met and to the best advantage of the business with regional office coordination
Coordination with customers and internal follow up with plant departments as necessary.
Follow up timely payments with customers as per agreed terms.
Plan regular visits to ensure ideal customer care, at all times.
To formulate and implement sales strategies to penetrate the new and existing market.
Preparation of annual rolling FCST/ budget for sales (vol & price).
Updating of pricing file which is in line with sales contracts.
Approve the invoice prices/CN/DN issued to customers.
Accountability on customers approval of color roll outs/printed samples for color standards.
Place hedges through treasury with regional Office coordination following customer approval.
Credit limits review on yearly bases for all customers as per agreed volumes/prices through the regional office.
Monthly review of slow moving, dead-stocks, partial pallets & HFI.
Contribute on regular monthly / quarterly / yearly internal/external and policy compliance audits.
The gathering of market intelligence (information data base) on regular bases/and or as requested to ensure the business is fully aware of market trends etc.
Required Education And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration or Engineering
Required Knowledge and Experience
5+ years of experience in Commercial and/or Sales & Business Development fields
Key accounts management experience, preferably in B2B environment
