JOB TITLE

E-commerce Visual Merchandiser | MAF Retail | Egypt Head Office

Role Summary

The E-commerce Visual Merchandiser is responsible for managing and optimizing the Carrefour on-site experience for customers to increase Gross-Merchandise-Value, improve conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.

ROLE PROFILE

 

• Work closely with the commercial teams in the markets for promotions
• Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns, report on results, and drive shopping innovations
• Liaise with Content and Creative team to build promotional campaigns
• Manage product boosting on campaign landing pages
• Work with Corporate Onsite Marketing team on central campaigns, implementing best practices, new product features and campaign optimization
• Manage Home Page, category pages and onsite assets
• Optimize Banner CTRs and CTTs on Home Page and Sale Page
• Communicate with cross functional teams like Content, Paid Media, CRM, Analytics and online Merchandising

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant to the role
• Minimum 5 years in the related managerial function
• Strong analytical skills to gain business insights
• English (Full professional proficiency – Required)
