Junior Marketing and Administrative Assistant

 

About the job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Junior Marketing & Administrative Assistant with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. This role will provide essential support to both administrative and marketing functions within our company. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As a Marketing & Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting marketing initiatives to drive the company’s growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

  • Coordinates between the assigned marketing company and the management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
  • Help organize and manage events and promotions.
  • Attending all events happening at the center to ensure smooth running of the operation.
  • Coordinates between all parties (management, maintenance, security, hotel…) to ensure the events are well prepared.
  • Assist in the coordination and display of all printing material in the center.
  • Conduct market research and gather data on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Help manage the company’s social media presence, including creating content and managing social media accounts.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and engaging with online communities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to help develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and other collateral and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Track and update marketing databases, customer information, and sales leads.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analytics for marketing campaigns and administrative activities.
  • Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Update website content and ensure it is current and accurate.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback as necessary.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling office correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the team.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
  • Handle general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Performing administrative tasks and providing assistance within the office.
  • Ensure that products, processes, and services meet established quality standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Canva and or Adobe illustrator.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
