Purpose of the Job
To support the Station Manager and the GCC HR Director in implementing the company HR & Training strategy and initiatives. Support the company to achieve the strategic vision and mission objectives
Job Responsibilities
- Train and mentor line managers to ensure they conduct efficient performance review meetings and proper training needs analysis.
- Support all job holders to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities and KPI’s.
- Coordinate with the line managers to set proper manpower plans/budget in coordination with the GCC HR Director
- Ensure all teams have succession plan in place.
- Initiate and implement new ideas to increase employees’ motivation and engagement in coordination with the GCC HR Director
- Manage, develop, and empower the station HR team and ensure proper execution of the work process as required.
- Set KPIs for the HR team and evaluate performance annually.
- Assist in implementing the company HR strategy in the station; oversee the workflow in the HR department and address the stations’ needs related to people management effectively as per the HR policies & procedures.
- Participate with the GCC HR Director to analyses market benchmark and make recommendations on Compensation and Benefits
- Conduct, review and approve station Performance reviews on time and ensure all roles KPI’s are measurable and updated during the year.
- Consolidate all station business needs, individual & teams’ training needs to create the station training plan, in line with the pre-set budget, and update regularly. Report changes to the GCC HR Director
- Discuss with the GCC HR Director the need for new titles, roles, and responsibilities to grant his/her approval and ensure that they are created in line with company HR authority matrix and approved by the CHRO.
- Ensure proper application of corporate HR policies and procedures and tailor policies in line with Local labor laws and report that to the GCC HR director.
- Lead the implementation of any HR system or new corporate HR initiatives.
- Pass all station HR/training company audits.
- Ensure accurate and timely release of the monthly payroll.
- Decrease Turnover rate and increase retention rate.
- Improving relations between staff and employees
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identify and work with training team on the training needs for teams and individuals.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Work with the station manager to implement HR strategy in the station.
- Work on performance appraisal that drive high performance.
- Achieve the required nationalization target.
- Work on employee rewards and benefits
- Work with the line managers on annual vacation plan
- Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure right fit is hired.
Job Requirements (Experience and education)

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Arabic and English language

- Able to prioritize and properly manage workload.
- Proficient in MS Office
