Marketing Strategist
About the job
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will lead a talented marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage your expertise to create innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Set clear goals and KPIs, and regularly evaluate team performance.
Brand Management
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.

Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Digital Marketing
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Content Development
Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for various channels.
Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and designers to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
Utilize analytics to optimize campaign performance and return on investment.
Event Planning
Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
Evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for future initiatives.
Budget Management
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
