National Energy Group, seeks to attract a professional Senior Human Resources Officer to join HR & Admin. team.
Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Implementation.
- Organizational Development Initiatives.
- HR Metrices and Compliance Reporting.
- Performance Management (KPIs, Review, Evaluation)
- Manpower Planning & Recruitment Cycle Implementation.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering,
- At least 5 years of experience in generalist role.
- HR Certification is a plus.
- Planning & Execution.
- Communication.
- Reporting and Analysis.
- Problem Solving.
- Leadership.
- IT Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications, Menaitech.
- Very Good English Language.
