Experience : Fresher to Experienced(Prefered experience in BFSI)

Salary : 15 K Take Home plus Unlimited Incentive + Quarterly Promotion Criteria & Also Fixed Yearly Increments on every year completion

Qualification : Any

Mode Mode : Work from office

Working Days : 6 days working, Sunday and 2nd Saturday fixed Off

Working time : 8 to 9hrs

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:-

• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.

• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
