Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join a well-known insurance company. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients, presenting and explaining insurance policies, and assisting clients in selecting the best policies that meet their individual needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers for insurance policies and products
- Present and explain insurance policies to clients and answer their questions
- Help clients choose the best policies to fit their individual needs
- Follow up with clients and provide excellent customer service to maintain client relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Stay up-to-date on industry news, regulations, and changes in insurance policies and products
- Collaborate with other members of the company to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process
- Participate in training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients as needed to assist in selecting the best policies to fit their individual needs
Requirements

- Must have a car and valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Experience in sales, especially in the insurance field, is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
