TS Technical Architect
About the role
In this role as Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the planning, designing, developing, testing and deployment of efficient solutions within Oracle databases, in order to satisfy strategic and operations needs of the organization. You will also be responsible for research, analysis, proposal of designs and solutions that adapt new technologies and industry best practices. You will be responsible for supporting the line management in the IT Strategy development, its implementation and compatibility with operational and business objectives.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 10 years of job-related experience
- Strong experience of managing & implementation and upgrading Oracle Database.
- Experience in leading database technology teams
- Knowledge of industry best practices, & standard project management tasks
- Should have good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project/team environment. Excellent team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively lead technical team.
- Prior experience in Airline domain and automation of process will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Cloud Database is preferred
- Problem-solving skills and ready to work 24×7 in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Experience with all phases of ITIL service management: incident management, request fulfilment, change management, problem management, and continuous service and process improvement.
Skills:
- In-depth Knowledge in RDBMS Oracle
- Required DB Management experience of at least 10+ years
- Knowledge on DB upgrade to 19c RAC and provide performance, scalability, and resilience with ASM and CRS in a Linux operating system.
- Applying the Security Patches, PSU/CPU/RDBMS Patches, JDK upgrade patches, setup Patches and configuration.
- Expertise in Golden Gate,Veridata and Replication Technologies
- Expertise in Backup & Recovery (RMAN) solutions
- Expertise in High availability database design & Disaster Recovery solution
- 24×7 based L2/L3 Technical & functional support
- Added knowledge in Cloning Oracle databases from RAC to non RAC and single to multi node application Installed and Configured ASM, 19c RAC
- Experience Relational and NoSQL database management systems
- Creating and executing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the repeated tasks
- Experience with problem analysis and solving
- Highly process focused
