I. Basic Functions:

Serves as the process owner for activities that ensure smooth operation of networks for maximum performance, security and availability for the endpoints and users. Will be responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of large-scale wireless wired network infrastructure.

II. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementing, administering, tuning and troubleshooting network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers and access points as well as network monitoring systems.
• Working knowledge in routing and switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, 802.1q, 802.1x, 802.3ad, SIP, H323 etc.
• Experience with Firewalls and, AAA systems.
• Technical certifications are a plus (CCNP, CCNP security, CCDP, CCIE).
• Knowledge of Internet and networking technologies such as, but not limited to TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, etc.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting network services, including isolating faults and developing workarounds/repairs.
• Experience in Wireless LAN, Wireless access points implementations and installations.
• Experience in Aruba wireless gears is preferred.
• Experience in Network management logging and alerting systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
