About the job
Minimum five (5) years of relevant oil and gas industry experience in a similar role.
x Experienced in operation & execution coordination.
x Experience in material, vessel mob/demob, offshore and onshore operations coordination.
x Valid IMDG certificate or PMP or Certification in Transportation and Logistics.
x Computer literate (including SAP & Microsoft products)
x Good command of English language. Shall read, write and speak fluent English.
x Ability to handle multiple tasks with appropriate priority.
x Self-starter/self-management/self-drive and ability to work without close monitoring.
x Resilient under pressure (both internal and external).
x Strong ability to deal with competing priorities and complex issues. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
x The incumbent is responsible for overall coordination of project Division RSS management system and need to be available on daily working hours and standby at night for any potential pipeline and cable emergency repair situation. Responsible in updating current activated RSS, follow thru until completion of RSS. During normal day, responsible for any project stakeholders’ meetings, engagements and improvement process.

x Organizing, attending, and participating in project stakeholder meetings and distribute minutes to all team members.
x Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from project meetings.
x Preparing necessary power point presentations for meetings, events, workshops and other ad-hoc requirements.
x Monitoring the daily progress of projects, determine project changes and ensuring project deadlines are met.
x Providing administrative support as needed. Undertaking project tasks as required.
x Support project Engineers in developing project strategies and ensuring project projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
x Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
x Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
x Keep track of the project, initiate goal setting and planning phase all the way through to project completion.
x Expediting contractors and internal project personnel deliverables to ensure milestones/ schedules are met.
x Prepare, maintain and update Projects/ Work schedules Chart timely to coordinate for mobilization and later demobilization of contractors.
