إقرأ أيضا:وظائف شاغرة في شركة رائدة في مجال الصناعات الدوائية ومقرها في عمان/الموقرThis position is responsible to develop and reporting on surveys for students, faculty, staff, alumni, employers and other stakeholders to make informed strategic decisions, drive institutional development and ensure data driven excellence within UDST.
Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will conduct different types of institutional surveys for all UDST business units and will design, establish, maintain, and coordinate UDST’s institutional research activities; this includes the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of institutional survey data and will use surveys to provide data for the appraisal of institutional KPI’s.
The successful candidate will provide research support for UDST assessment activities and will provide professional training and consultation to the UDST community on the development of surveys and on the statistical analysis of the resulting data and will support activities seeking to identify the UDST’s comparative advantages, in order to maximize impact and promote innovation and leadership.
The successful candidate will oversee and administer various benchmarking survey instruments. And will develop and implement institutional surveys in response to campus stakeholder needs. And will work on all phases of survey projects: designing; collecting, cleaning and analyzing survey data; and prepare reports, dashboards and other data tools for use by various audiences and will extract, merge, and manipulate very large datasets from multiple sources.
إقرأ أيضا:وظائف عمل في فندق شجرة الزيتون في عمان, الاردن – فرص عمل مثيرة للطموحين!The successful candidate will use SQL, create queries of student data from appropriate enterprise student information systems and will work fluently and independently with UDST analytical and reporting tools to perform data quality control, join data sets, and develop reports and will create Tableau workbooks (or equivalent; Power BI), dashboards, and summary tables. (suitable for PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, and communications) to support survey and assessment results.
The successful candidate will produce clear written analytical survey reports and guides and will use creative problem-solving, advanced data science, and statistical analysis to develop solutions that match unique project needs and will provide strategic and tactical, data-based solutions and recommendations to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in social science / education/ Research, /Quality or another related field is required.
Master’s degree / Professional certification is required
Ph.D. is preferred
Minimum 6 Years Of Relevant Experience
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic language is preferred
Fluency in written and spoken English language is required
