Sales Representative CHC – Kuwait
About the job
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling STADA’s pharmaceutical products to retail outlets in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell STADA’s pharmaceutical products to retail outlets in Kuwait
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacists and physicians
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals on STADA’s products and services
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics
Qualifications:

- 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Kuwait
- Experience in the Kuwait retail pharmaceutical market
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines
- Fluent in English and Arabic
