About the job
Responsibilities
- Handle the call center for inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with the patient regarding their appointments and their safety cases if any
- Coordinate with the nurses to attend all the training
- Coordinate with the nurses of the centers
- Perform visits to physicians at the beginning of the program (different provinces)
- Prepare reports as required
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure
- Should not be working in any governmental section
