Guestroom Attendant
About the job
The Guestroom Attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level :
To Respect the service sequences.
To respect Four Seasons standards according to our guests’ expectations and preferences.
Organize her day according to priorities and knowledge of the guests, with the help of the supervisor.
Maintain her section (room allocation) in good condition.
Use cleaning products appropriately for the different materials and surfaces to be cleaned.
Adapting priorities according to the client’s or Dispatch’s request (internal service).
Keeping an up-to-date room report for the day and checking that it is consistent (names of clients, bedtimes, departures, etc.)
