Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Telemarketer to join a well-known beauty and skincare company and promote their products to potential customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone, introducing them to the company’s products, and convincing them to make a purchase.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in order to generate new business leads
- Manage and update a database of potential customers and keep accurate records of all interactions
- Present and explain our products and services to potential customers in a clear and concise manner
- Follow up with customers and prospects to build and maintain relationships
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets on a consistent basis
- Continuously develop and improve sales skills through training and coaching
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities
- Research and stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and competitors
Requirements:

- Background in skin care , Aesthetics , Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable making cold calls and overcoming objections
- Results-driven with a passion for sales
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
