Head of Telesales
About the job
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and passion-driven Head of Telesales to lead our sales team in generating revenue through Telesales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, be a strategic thinker, and have a proven track record in telesales.
Responsibilities:
- As our first telesales agent, contact leads over the phone and converts them into customers
- Build, lead, motivate and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Create and implement training programs to ensure the team is knowledgeable and equipped to achieve success.
- Develop effective incentive programs for telesales team members
- Monitor and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and policies.
Requirements:

- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of building a successful telesales team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes. Knowledge of Intercom would be a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in selling high-value services or products by delivering a wow-experience is an asset
- Experience in selling to UAE and KSA consumers is a plus.
