We are looking for an active yet through REGIONAL SALES OPERATIONS (RSO) ASSOCAITE – CENTER, based in Algiers, Algeria.

What You Will Be Doing

As RSO Associate, you will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales functions to facilitate the smooth and successful translation of defined JTI strategies and objectives into effective trade marketing and merchandising plans and programs in Algeria.

You will be supporting implementation and roll out of the Trade Loyalty Program (TLP) and supporting good working relationship with the partners.

The successful candidate will be coming up with action plans, looking for opportunities fitting the sales & Route To Market strategies, and closely monitoring competition activities with regular reporting.

EDUCATION

University degree or equivalent (Bac+4).

Work Experience

4-6 years experience in trade marketing / Implementation of consumers and trade marketing plans in FMCG industry / sales & distribution / channel management

Skills

 

  • Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
  • Good hand with numbers and systems.
  • Understanding sales and trade marketing practices.
  • Understanding Trade marketing deployment and activations.
  • Field intelligence, data gathering and analysis, KPI’s monitoring / reporting.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Capabilities and oriented attitude towards customer services.
