Summary
We are looking to hire motivated to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
An excellent office follows up is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
Duties And Responsibilities
The main goal of a Sales Support is to coordinate and oversee the flow of a company’s services or products to consumers. To reach this goal, they must be able to handle the following day-to-day duties:

Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff.
Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures.
Analyzing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team.
Entering order information into the company database.
Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales.
Follow Up on sales contracts in cooperation with the sales team leader.
Any additional tasks required by this job.

Skills And Qualifications
Sales Follow Up need sales experience and a number of related hard and soft skills to do their jobs effectively. Some of the most important skills and qualifications include:
Advanced sales and customer service skills
Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs (Excell, Word, Outlook, Power point)
Proficient in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
proficiency in dealing with CRM customer relationship management programs.
Knowledge of trends and regulations in their specific industry
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members.
Excellent leadership and coaching abilities
Able to work with other department heads to develop effective marketing strategies.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Skilled in staff optimization and team development.
Accuracy and strength of observation.
Speed of response.
Follow up on the activation of the options of products and devices and their conformity with the desires of customers.
Required Qualifications
Obtaining a Bachelor ‘s Degree with a relevant specialization for this vacancy.
Practical Experience in the field of sales customer services.
