What You Will Be Working On…
Record Financial Transactions: Accurately record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in the appropriate ledgers and accounting software.
Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify and maintain the accuracy of financial data.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring proper classification of transactions and adherence to accounting principles.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and analyze expenses, identifying areas of potential cost savings and reporting any discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review, providing valuable insights into the company’s financial performance.
Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records and documentation are readily accessible and accurate.
Financial Analysis: Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential financial risks or opportunities.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.
We need you to have…
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, or similar role.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
