Almoasron Group is looking for a ‘’Social Media and Graphic Design Officer’’
Main Responsibilities
· Design, produce, and coordinate marketing communication materials such as digital newsletters, flyers, promotional logos, and special projects.
· Work on establishing effective design strategies; maintain these strategies and the corporate graphic standards in implementing design solutions.
· Maintain archiving and documentation of material.
· Coordinate and produce light copywriting for marketing and communications materials.
· Lead product/event photography and produce simple instructional digital and initiatives videos.
· Coordinating with all departments across the Company to ensure the effectiveness and encourage the adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and all the company’s products and services.
· Oversee social media campaigns and day-to-day activities and generate leads.
· Manage presence in social networking sites, including Facebook, Instagram, and other similar community sites, and promote to generate more audience.
· Develop Social Media Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs and analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
· Assist with event photography and video production.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience within the same role. Working in the factories sector is a plus.
· Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal, is necessary.
· Excellent communicator, a versatile writer with a creative flair, and a team-oriented individual are essential qualities for this role.
· Creative, have a positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilities.
· Ability to plan and execute successful media campaigns
The candidate should be highly motivated and creative, knowledgeable of marketing competencies, highly organized, and able to work with little direction.
