Quality Controller – Helmet Automotive
About the Company
Our client is a leading company in providing racing helmet for automotive industries.
Job Title: Quality Controller
Responsibilities:

- Reports to Managing Director
- Monitor operations to ensure they meet production standards.
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
- Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
- Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications and standards.
- Report inspection and testing data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.
- In charge of the QC of raw material and finished goods.
- Assure and develop the quality procedures to implement all around the manufacturer facility.
- Monitor the application of procedures and standards.
- Receive and control all the NC (non-conformities) and forward the action plan flow of resolution.
- Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
- Minimize cost and maximize efficiency.
Qualifications

- 2+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that related with helmet product.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and manuals.
- Desire to achieve the best and ensure top-quality products.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Attention to detail to catch defects.
