Reception Administrative Assistant
Shull is looking for a highly organized and experienced Female Reception Administrative Assistant to work with one of the international clients in Erbil.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and other team members.
- Create and maintain accurate records and databases, including client information, project files, and financial records.
- Monitor office supplies and order inventory as needed.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.

- High school diploma or relevant certification preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Having experience in beauty sector is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Fluent in English; Kurdish and Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
