We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of marketing projects, as well as developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, drive results, and exceed client expectations.
How your day will look like:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital marketing, and content, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring effective utilization and allocation.
- Monitor project performance and KPIs, tracking progress and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear expectations and seamless project execution.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to drive innovation and enhance marketing strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, including insights, recommendations, and performance metrics, for clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements

- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on strategy and execution in a Marketing and Advertising agency is a MUST
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels and platforms.
- Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with Arabic-speaking clients
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional marketing campaigns.
