Manager for a Call Center
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our call center team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing a relationship with our client, ensuring his satisfaction and maximizing the potential for future business.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client through regular communication and follow-up
Manage client inquiries and resolve any issue in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the client receive the highest level of service and support
Requirements:
- Experience as an Account Manager, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with client and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in a humanitarian field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
