Job Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring precise and timely payments while complying with local labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with our HR team to accurately maintain employee records, benefits, and deductions within the payroll system.
Prepare and process payroll journal entries, ensuring accurate allocation and ledger reconciliation.
Lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports that contribute to informed management decisions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, overseeing invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliation and financial statement review.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
Provide senior management with valuable financial insights and recommend strategies to optimize financial performance.
Stay current with financial regulations, laws, and industry trends to maintain up-to-date and compliant financial practices.
Qualifications
achelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in finance management, including payroll responsibilities, ideally in the manpower services or recruitment industry.
Profound understanding of payroll processing, taxation, labor laws, and compliance within the context of manpower services.
Proficiency in financial software and tools for precise reporting and analysis, with the ability to establish new software systems as needed.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective cross-departmental collaboration in a manpower services environment.
Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to manage and mentor a team in the context of recruitment and payroll activities.
Successful track record of developing financial strategies and implementing process enhancements within the recruitment and manpower services sector.
Knowledge of software and tools relevant to the recruitment and manpower services industry is considered an advantage.
High level of English language proficiency for effective communication within a global workforce.
