Job Purpose/Role Description:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the company and ensuring its long-term financial stability and growth. The CFO has primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and running all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. The job description should also extend to maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
Oversee the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
Manage the company’s financial resources, including investments and cash management.
Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes and ensuring that resources are allocated in an effective and efficient manner.
Provide financial advice to senior management, including financial analysis and recommendations.
Ensure that all the company’s financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation
Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial exposure and ensure the stability of the company.
Assisting the CEO and other senior executives in fundraising projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including shareholders, banks, and investors.
Provide leadership, direction and management to the finance team.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance or any related field
Significant experience in finance, accounting and management

Enough knowledge of finance and accounting principles, laws and practices
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
Mathematical skills

Understanding of data privacy standards
