As a Night Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Doha you will operate as the Manager on Duty at night and oversees all hotels operations, ensuring that the highest level of hospitality and service are provided. Represents hotel management overnight in resolving any guest or hotel-related situation. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby. Serves as a Night Manager and handles the tracking of service issues. Deal with all guest requests to ensure high level of guest satisfaction are met. Oversees the Front Desk operations and acts as the Front Desk Manager and manager on duty in the hotel when senior managers are not available. Directs staff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties on own: welcomes and registers Lodge guests, explains the accommodations and establishes credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the Lodge, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Viable candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience in a high-end/upscale luxury hotel/resort
- Proven track record with excellent leadership skills and strong decision-making abilities
- College education or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Middle East experience is preferred
- An Arabic speaker is preferred for this role
