About the job:
The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, developing marketing strategies, and executing campaigns to drive growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with the Leading Point’s goals and objectives. (8-10 years of experience)

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Telecom industry that align with Leading Point’s business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance Leading Point’s brand image within the Telecom sector, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Plan, create, and manage Telecom-specific marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
- Oversee the development of high-quality Telecom-focused content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to engage and educate the Telecom audience.
- Conduct Telecom-specific market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform Telecom marketing strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals specializing in the Telecom industry, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Develop and manage the Telecom marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze Telecom marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify and establish partnerships and collaborations within the Telecom sector, including with industry influencers, organizations, and platforms, to expand reach.
- Stay up to date on the latest Telecom industry marketing trends and technologies.
- Think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing solutions specifically tailored to the Telecom field.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams in the Telecom industry to communicate the product proposition effectively and create and manage Telecom-specific marketing programs to generate demand.
Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on Telecom industry products and services, and a total of 8-10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently.
