Job Description:

Sanny Kindergarten is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated English Teacher to join our esteemed team. As an English Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a positive and stimulating learning environment for our young students. You will impart essential English language skills to children between the ages of 3 to 6 years, nurturing their linguistic development and fostering a genuine passion for the English language.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, age-appropriate English language curriculum tailored to young learners.
• Strategize and deliver captivating lessons that incorporate a diverse range of teaching methodologies.
• Cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere, encouraging students to feel secure and motivated in their learning journey.
• Instruct students in fundamental English language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing, utilizing interactive activities, games, and engaging songs.
• Regularly assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers and staff members to enrich the overall learning experience for students.
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents, ensuring they are kept well-informed about their child’s progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and various school events as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a closely related field.
• Previous experience in teaching English to young learners is highly preferred, particularly within a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
• Proficient or native English speaker with excellent command of the language.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software components.
• Demonstrated expertise in age appropriate teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, enthusiastic, and deeply passionate about instructing young children.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Committed to fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment for students.
