Flow is working with a leading financial institution who are hiring a Head of Digital Marketing to be based in Bahrain.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of digital marketing including database, email, and advertising campaigns.
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
- Managing all marketing strategies and operations.
- Developing Marketing plans.
- Performing brand competitive analysis.
- Optimizing the performance of the website.
- Tracking website traffic and other metrics.
- Assessing the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Analysing and reporting on the performance of the marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining good relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:

- Proven marketing experience within Payment/Financial companies.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Proven track record of offline and online campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques.
- Possesses critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in building brand awareness and recognition.
- Must have strong GCC market experience.
- Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.
