Quality Analyst – B2B
About the job
Key Responsibilities
Conversation Analysis: Review and analyze B2B interactions, including emails, phone calls, and meetings, to ensure clarity, professionalism, and alignment with company standards and objectives.
Product Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of B2B products and services delivered to clients, ensuring they meet specifications and requirements outlined in contracts and agreements.
Process Verification: Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of B2B processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline operations and enhance performance.
Knowledge of BB/BOS/COV Products: Demonstrate sound knowledge of Business-to-Business (B2B), Business Operating System (BOS), and Customer Order Validation (COV) products and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure quality and compliance in interactions and deliverables.
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of product and service quality, including conducting audits, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment in B2B interactions and processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Graduation is a must.
- Proven experience in a B2B environment, with a strong understanding of B2B products, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar role is preferred.
- Certification in quality management or related field is a plus.
