What You Will Be Doing
- Work in close relation with the local teams to develop innovative projects
- Suggest ways of improving the Jumia experience based on data and qualitative feedback
- Collect and treat data related to our agents
- Glean insights and support devise strategies across the business
- Research specific demographics or customer segments
What We Are Looking For
- Gap year or final year of Master’s degree
- Enthusiastic about digital businesses & emerging countries
- Street smart, energetic and willing to take on field work
- Leadership abilities
- Agility and strong ability to deal with ambiguity in a multicultural environment
