-Responsibilities

1. Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.

2. Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.

3. Promptly submitting customers’ purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.

4. Resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer loyalty.

5. Expanding industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.

6. Assisting less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers during outbound telephone calls.

7. Providing support to less experienced Sales Representatives as needed.

8. Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives and email communications.

9. Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.

10. Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.

-Requirements and Qualification;

1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of working experience.

3. Proven experience in the plastic industry is required.

4. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

5. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

6. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

7. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

8. Effective communication skills.

9. Have an Excellent Attitude.

10. Prefer Located in( Jerash,North of Amman )
