Service Sales Team Leader
The Role
To take the responslibity of sales team, ensuring the creation of offers and contracts, followin up and realize
To design sales & marketing activities inline with the targets, coordinate sales team, measure the results gained
To cooperate with BLM and service sales manager for stratetegical regionale managemenet plans including customer mapping, carry out these strategies and support sales team to perform accordingly
To define decision makers for both existing and potential customers particularly key accounts, preserve and improve relations by cunducting regular meetings
To have a complete knowledge for the whole service product range, keep the knowledge and share with sales team
To lead the sales team to keep the sales and customer satistaction to top level, motive the team, develop their product and sales experiences by sharing the experience and knowledge
To track the orders and sales score cards, update and share monthly sales reports to service manager
To analyse the customer and product based sales datas to have a batter control on the market and create sales activities to improve the resuts by reporting service manager regularly
To cooperate with BLM and Service Manager for the business line and all team members targets reached
To follow up service products performances on site, creating KPI reports and conduct regular meetings with customers to show the value added

What we expect of you?
University degree in engineering
PC skills (Ms Office)
Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing
B Driving Licence
No military obligation for male employees
Having experience min 5 years in industrial service sales
Customer focused and able to create customer centric solutions
