Digital Marketing Specialist

tebcan.com a leading company working in digital health is looking to recruit a “Digital Marketing Specialist”

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive maximum results.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to make recommendations for improvement.
Conduct research on industry trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital marketing initiatives align with business goals.
Assist in the creation of presentations and reports to communicate campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.
Utilize Excel to manage and analyze campaign data.
Create and launch advertising campaigns on social media.
Develop a plan to manage the doctor’s social media accounts.
Manage Tebcan’s social media accounts.
Organize tasks outlined in the plan between the graphic design, content, and photography teams to ensure the plan’s success.
Create a monthly performance report.
Communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends and advancements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google sheets.
Growth-oriented individual who has a positive attitude toward new experiences and is receptive to new ideas and perspectives.
