- Monitor and measure customers’ potential.
- Monitor customers’ production and leads.
- Motivate and assist the CMTs.
- Provide information to business unites about their performance.
- Review Customer Processes regularly
- Set the criteria of Top Sales Performer Award
- Prepare regular reports to management on segments’ performance, growth, opportunities, and customer migration.
- Share the campaigns results with sales manager/country manager.
- Send the visitations coverage to sales teams (on monthly/ quarterly basis)
- Conduct studies demand by different customer segments.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives.
- Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
- Ensure Customer data integrity!
- Ensure proper segmentation as per Aramex CRM standards.
- Migrate customers among tiers (old structure)
- Send daily freight quotations to the sales teams on daily basis.
- Send visits and calls reports to the sales teams on daily basis.
- Send communications report to sales team on daily basis.
- Send opportunities report to sales team on daily basis.
- Send freight and clearance report to sales team on daily basis.
- Send e-Tool implementation report to sales team (monthly or basis)
- Approve new accounts over the REACH.
- Maintain proper placement of customers in their proper segments.
- Review and maintain customer segmentation.
- Review and update customers’ data integration correctly
- Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies.
- Set the annual team target along with Sales Manager
- Drive and monitor customer growth through monitoring customer productions and leads.
- Prepare MPR (monthly Production Report) and share it with management and CMTs.
- Share the monthly performance of each team member with sales team.
