About the job

Primary Responsibility

 

• Ensure cash station is handled carefully and without discrepancies
• Ensure change is available in the float at all times to service guests
• Complete day end procedures for the cash station
• Attend the telephone professionally as trained and service the guest on call
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the cash station
• Ensure all cashiering paperwork is complete and filed/forwarded as necessary to concerned file/person

Additional

 

• Participate in detailed cleaning of sections, kitchen and restaurant as required
• Receive instructions from supervisory staff and execute
• Maintain a cordial and cooperative team atmosphere in the restaurant for smooth operations
• Safeguard all equipment and products of the restaurant from being misused
• Support in executing other jobs/work positions as guided by supervisory staff
