We are currently looking for a HR Specialist in our team to provide professional support to the Factory HR activities, initiatives and related systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources in the roles of recruitment and onboarding, union relations, education and training of Global Scale Companies,
- Demonstrated leadership.
- Highly developed analytical and communication skills.
- Result oriented, work well with others & a can-do attitude.
- Strong service mind & good problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of labor law.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and SAP (HR Module) knowledge would be an advantage.
- Advanced in English
Job Description
- Lead recruitments in several functional areas by using Competency Based Interview Technics to ensure best talent acquiesced and follow-up onboarding process to make newcomers well adapted.
- Support implementation of development programs in line with Training and Learning approach. Coordinate all relevant training, coaching, mentoring processes.
- Work as part of cross functional / Center of Excellence HR teams to develop and implement HR practice and processes that enhance the HR contribution to the business.
- Execute actions that support the people plan and understand and deliver people based data and analytics to support the execution of all people processes and KPIs for the specific unit.
- Contribute to the organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies, in accordance with Nestlé Leadership Principles.
- Support the Performance and Talent Management
- Help line managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions.
- Collaborate with Center of Excellence and Center of Service to ensure initiatives and projects are designed and implemented that support business people plans.
