Presales Specialist
About the job
We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in establishing relationships with prospective clients and partners, understanding their needs, and positioning Releans as their preferred solution provider.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate Releans’ solutions effectively to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and propose solutions that meet the prospects’ needs.
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other pre-sales queries.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Releans’ offerings and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Establish a rapport with clients and provide continuous support and insight.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a pre-sale or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
