Ticketing Manager/Senior Accountant /Holiday Commercial Director / sales Director

About the job

1-Ticketing Manager:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ticketing Operations:

1-Manage the end-to-end ticketing process, including issuing, reissuing, and canceling airline tickets using various global distribution systems (GDS) Amadeus or Galileo.

2-Ensure compliance with airline ticketing rules, fare regulations, and industry standards.

Review and verify ticketing requests for accuracy, including flight itineraries, passenger information, and fare calculations.

3-Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers to secure the best available fares, negotiate contracts, and resolve ticketing-related issues.

4- Check online hotel portals (Triplens , omega , DOTW ,Booking, etc,,, .

Team Supervision and Training:

1-Lead and supervise the ticketing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

2-Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

3-Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team’s ticketing knowledge, system proficiency, and customer service skills.

Requirements & Experience:

1-Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-Extensive experience in ticketing operations at least 8 years within the travel industry, with a thorough understanding of airline ticketing rules, fare structures, and GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).

3-Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.

4-Exceptional knowledge of international and domestic airline procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements.

5-Proven leadership and team management abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6-Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

7- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex ticketing issues and provide effective solutions.

8- strong Experience In Hotel reservations / visa / Transport/ online Hotel portals

2-Holiday Commercial Director

About the Job

Empowered to make decisions on all aspects related to Holidays sales and operations, within the framework of responsibilities and boundaries identified with his/her role and in accordance with standard practices and guidelines set by the company. Consults with Head of Product and Business Development on all strategic and non- routine decisions. All duties shall be performed thru proper channel and in compliance with adopted policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

– Oversees and manages the set-up of the business unit and its associated processes and enhancement projects including identifying suppliers, developing, implementing, and upgrading a reservation system/operating engine in line with the latest e-commerce trends to sell holidays to B2C & B2B customers.

– Liaises with different stakeholders such as country managers, commercial sales, revenue management and marketing teams to create a long term business plan in line with the agreed commercial goals and objectives; utilizes market surveys, benchmark studies as well as country managers input to develop a competitive product with high profit margin; prepares the annual business unit budget for incorporation to the master budget.

– Leads and directs the creation, marketing, sales, operations and continuous development of all Holidays products and delivers as per agreed timelines while keeping costs minimum ; integrates Holidays into all existing /new Sales channels.

– Establishes/builds on business relationships to maximize market share and become a major force in the outbound leisure travel segment; ensures revenue/volume targets are met as per adopted standards of quality.

– Manages all air/ground holidays products and rates; identifies new destinations for Holidays services; conducts field trips to evaluate DMCs and suppliers; negotiates contracts terms with DMCs and activity suppliers to create holiday packages in the corresponding markets (fixed departures, dynamic packaging…).

– Ensures the operations of Holidays and its outstations and implants are run with the highest quality of service to customers and in line with the company’s policies and procedures achieving a 95% error free operation.

– Manages the delivery of technical training and timely support on the usage of Online Holidays’ extranet to new Suppliers / Partners/DMCs, Agents, and Call center Agents. Monitors the system’s performance, identifies gaps and problems, and recommends improvements in coordination with supplier and IT division.

Job Requirements

– Bachelor degree in Commerce/Marketing/Hospitality/Management or equivalent

– 4+ years of extensive experience in a managerial role in a major international airline/Online Travel Agency/ Travel Company managing online holidays products.

.

– Capable of using technology systems and tools; proficient in Microsoft Office.

– Fluent in English Language.

3-Senior Accountant:

Overview:

As a Senior Accountant in the travel and tourism sector, you will be responsible for managing financial activities, preparing financial statements, and providing valuable insights to support business decisions. You will lead the accounting team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards. Your expertise in financial analysis, attention to detail, and ability to provide strategic recommendations will be essential to drive the financial success of our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process monthly, weekly, and daily invoices in the system.
  • Follow up on the collection of cash receipts from customers.
  • Prepare all daily vouchers and adjusting entries.
  • Review accounts payable/accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and process journal vouchers to support daily operations.
  • Manage bank-related matters, including monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Validate all transactions before posting them into the system.
  • Maintain the fixed assets register using the barcode system.
  • Monitor loan settlements and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for the CFO and assist with periodical book closing.

Requirements & Experiences:

  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in time management and organizing tasks.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Ability to travel to Dubai as required.

4-Sales Director/Manager:

Overview:

As the Sales Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our sales strategy to achieve business objectives. You will lead a high-performing sales team and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to drive sales revenue and establish lasting relationships with clients. Your ability to identify new opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and close deals will be essential in maintaining our competitive edge in the travel and tourism industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1-Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.

2-Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities, target key markets, and develop strategies for market penetration.

3-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators.

4-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop innovative sales approaches.

5-Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and promotions.

6-Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting, lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.

7-Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities.

8-Stay updated on industry developments, attend trade shows, and participate in networking events to build industry connections.

9-Continuously assess and improve sales processes, systems, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements & Experiences:

1-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

2-At least 10 years of proven track record of success in a senior sales management role within the travel and tourism sector.

3-In-depth knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences.

4-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

5-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6-Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

7-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.

8-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver revenue growth.

9-Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

10-Flexibility to travel as required.
