The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics at the Faculty of Medicine invites applications for full-time faculty position at professorial ranks level.
Applicants must hold a PhD with post-doctorate training in basic biochemistry, including metabolic disorders. In addition, applicants with the following areas of specialization, enzymology and mitochondrial research, will also be considered.
The applicant must have a minimum of 3-year teaching experience at an academic institution and is expected to participate in the teaching of medical, graduates (MS and PhD), and allied health sciences students. Furthermore, the candidate must provide evidence of research interests in the field of metabolism, translational medicine, and in training of graduate students.
