A well-known organization in Amman, Jordan is looking for a:
Communications Supervisor
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Press and Media.
· 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing and communication.
Responsibilities:
· Develop, write and edit marketing and communications materials, including press releases, brochures, stories, blogs, social media content website content, and annual reports.
· Promote communications and marketing materials through appropriate social channels,
· Monitor web and social media and report to management.
· Ensure that all communications and marketing material aligns with brand standards.
· Work with communications team members to conceptualize and implement communications strategies and campaigns.
· Mange online and offline campaigns.
· Respond to media inquiries and arrange interviews.
· Establish and maintain effective relationships with journalists, and maintain a media database.
· Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities.
· Supervisor the production of the marketing material such as brochures, reports. etc
· Manage the communications team within the department.
· Oversee advertising and promotional films to be produced.
· Manage the relationships with the appropriate media representatives, PR agencies, vendors, and external partners.
Skills:
Creativity.
Team leadership skills.
Knowledge of different marketing tools.
Creative and journalistic writing in Arabic and English.
Data analysis skills
Excellent BILINGUAL (English and Arabic) skills in oral and written communication. Articulate with the ability to write and speak messages that are clear, accurate, convincing and inspiring.
