Job Title: Senior Technical Support
Location: Amman, Jordan
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities and Skills:
1. In-depth knowledge of software layers, including operating systems, virtual machines, enterprise systems, web servers, backup solutions, and antivirus software.
2. Extensive understanding of hardware layers, such as servers, data centers, workstations, storage devices, and ICT devices.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
4. Expertise in networking layers, covering switches, routers, modems, firewalls, protocols, IP addressing, security, and monitoring tools.
5. Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably in AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
6. Awareness of CCTV systems (analogue and IP), contact center solutions, exchange phone systems (analogue, digital, and IP), time attendance machines, and payroll systems (preferably MenaItech).
Requirements:
1. Preferred certifications: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), MSCE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert), MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT.
3. Preferred possession of a car and a valid driving license
