Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
As a Siemens Building Management System Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of Siemens Building Management Systems installed in various facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for these systems, ensuring that our clients’ buildings operate efficiently and reliably.

Adheres to relevant processes, compliances & regulations
Manage sub-contractors and monitors delivery
Be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings
Preparation of site-documents
Ensure continuous and sustainable growth of our maintenance base by building a relationship of credibility and trust with the customer.
Equipment hardware and software trouble-shooting and fault clearance.
Determines priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly
Preform the BMS programming to control the HVAC, VFD, FCU & VAV etc.. through DDC/unitary controllers
Perform the calibration VAV, testing and commissioning of FCU, VAV etc..
Perform the Chiller/Chilled Water Pump plant control programming
3rd party Integration [Modbus / BACnet/Lon works/MSTP/IP/KNX/OPC Protocols]
Configure the OT & IT Networking which are relevant for BMS networking
Perform BMS Graphics development and server configuration
Perform the maintenance, Operations and troubleshooting of BMS system
Meeting with Customers for the day to day activities and progress updates
Process the maintenance activities though automated work order/permit system
Submit the service/project reports for invoice submission.
Identifying areas to upsell hardware/ software / solutions as a value add to the customer’s requirements.
Provide quotes for minor rectification works or materials.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar qualifications
Ideally 5 – 6 years of relevant experience minimum
Strong Operation & Maintenance knowledge, with knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and control systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Customer centric mindset with exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
Proficient in written and spoken English and any additional native language spoken
Siemens Desigo X-works Plus, Desigo CC, ABT and RXT experience is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Siemens Building Technologies certifications.
Experience with other building automation systems such as Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or Honeywell.
Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices.
Knowledge of Digital Services (SaaS) & Cyber Security in the OT environment.
Broad knowledge of Fire Alarm, Lighting Control, GRMS & Security Systems.
