King Hussein Cancer Center is seeking to hire the following vacancy:

Job Requirements:
- Coordinate the development of KHCC information security policies, standards and procedures. Work with key IT offices, data custodians and governance groups in the development of such policies. Ensure that KHCC policies support compliance with external requirements. Oversee the dissemination ofpolicies,standards and procedures to the community.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of an education and training program on information security and privacy matters for employees, and other authorized users,
- Serve as the KHCC compliance officer with respect to govern Information security policies and regulations. Work with KHCC information committees such as Medical Records Access and HIPAA-privacy Officers on compliance issues as necessary. Prepare and submit required reports to external agencies.
- Develop and implement an Incident Reporting and Response System to address KHCC security incidents (breaches), respond to alleged policy violations, or complaints from external parties. Serve as the official center contact point for information security, privacy and copyright infringement incidents, including relationships with law enforcement entities.
- Develop and implement an on-going risk assessment program targeting information security and privacy matters; recommend methods for vulnerability detection and remediation, and oversee vulnerability testing.
- Act as the CIO’s designee representing KHCC on Information Security matters; serve as the KHCC contact point for external auditors and agencies, survey requests, etc on Security/privacy matters.
- Keep abreast of latest security and privacy legislation, regulations, advisories, alerts and
- Vulnerabilities pertaining to the KHCC and its mission.
- Take part in KHCC Recovery Planning.
- Manage related IT projects as required by the IT director.
- Perform any related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
Education and Professional Experience (essential minimum requirement):

- At least one of the following designations is required: Security +, CISSP certificate or equivalent of information security certificate
- Minimum one year of experience in information security
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- Excellent communication skills and Ability to work under pressure.
